1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Jouzt — whether via our website, mobile app, or any related services — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. About Jouzt

Jouzt is a social media platform operated by Pasaparty Pty Ltd, based in Melbourne, Australia. It allows users to create, share, vote on, and engage with content including images, videos, comments, polls, and more.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Jouzt. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

4. User Accounts

To access most features, you must create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All activity under your account is your responsibility.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviours:

Harassment, hate speech, or bullying
Posting sexually explicit or violent content
Spamming, phishing, or spreading malware
Impersonation or misrepresentation
Violating any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules or otherwise misuse the platform.

6. Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you post. However, by uploading content to Jouzt, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform and in connection with Jouzt’s services. This allows us to operate, improve, and promote the platform.

7. Platform Changes and Payments

While Jouzt is currently free to use, we may introduce paid features in the future (e.g., content boosting). Any such features will be subject to additional terms. Jouzt currently does not process payments or offer refunds.

8. Indemnity and Limitation of Liability

You agree to use Jouzt at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pasaparty Pty Ltd and its affiliates, employees, and agents are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Jouzt or its services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pasaparty Pty Ltd from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, and legal fees arising out of your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any rights of a third party.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms or any applicable guidelines, or at our sole discretion. Termination may result in the removal of your profile and content.

10. Modifications to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the bottom of the policy or notify you through the platform. Your continued use of Jouzt after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Jouzt will be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
