Promotional Period: As displayed on the competition (Jouzt) page on jouzt.com or in the Jouzt app

Eligible Entrants: Open to all individuals who are 18 years and over

How to Enter: To enter the competition, the entrant must during the Promotional Period: (a) Have a valid Jouzt account; (b) Submit an entry to the specified competition (Jouzt) that complies with all entry requirements; (c) Entry must be original work created by the entrant – no AI-generated content, plagiarism, or work created by others

Total Prize Pool: As advertised in the competition (in AUD)

Prize Description: Cash prize as advertised, paid via suitable method determined by Promoter (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal, Tremendous digital gift card, or other agreed method)

Number of Prizes: 1 (unless otherwise stated in competition)

Winning Method: The entry that receives the most legitimate votes from unique Jouzt users by the end of the voting period wins

Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted via email and/or Jouzt direct message within ten (10) business days of the competition end date. The winner will be announced publicly on Jouzt.

Unclaimed Prizes: Prize must be claimed within 30 days of winner notification. If unclaimed, the prize will be awarded to the entry with the second-highest vote count.

Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By entering the competition, the entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Terms and Conditions and that entry is deemed acceptance of these terms.

Promotional Period

The competition commences and ends on the dates displayed on the competition (Jouzt) page on jouzt.com or in the Jouzt app. Entries and votes are deemed received at the time of receipt by the Promoter.

Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years and over. Employees and immediate family members of Novario Pty Ltd and agencies directly associated with the conduct of this competition are not eligible to enter.

Entry Requirements

(a) All entries must be original work created by the entrant

(b) No AI-generated content is permitted – any entry created using AI tools (including but not limited to Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT, or similar) will be disqualified

(c) No plagiarism – entries must not copy or substantially reproduce existing works

(d) Entries must comply with the competition brief/theme as specified

(e) One entry per person per competition

(f) Entries must not contain offensive, defamatory, or illegal content

Voting and Anti-Fraud

(a) The winner is determined by the entry receiving the most legitimate votes

(b) Fraudulent voting is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to: Creating multiple accounts to vote for yourself; Using bots or automated systems to generate votes; Soliciting votes through vote-exchange schemes; Any other form of vote manipulation

(c) The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry if fraudulent voting is detected

(d) The Promoter reserves the right to remove illegitimate votes and accounts at any time

(e) Only votes from genuine, unique Jouzt users will be counted

Winner Determination

The entry with the highest number of legitimate votes at the end of the voting period wins. The Promoter’s decision regarding vote validity and winner determination is final.

Winner Notification and Prize Claim

(a) The winner will be contacted via email and/or Jouzt direct message within 10 business days

(b) The winner must respond within 30 days to claim their prize

(c) The winner must provide necessary details for prize payment (e.g., bank account details, PayPal email, or preferred payment method)

(d) If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or forfeits the prize, it will be awarded to the runner-up (second-highest votes)

Prize Details

(a) The prize value is as advertised in Australian Dollars (AUD)

(b) The prize will be paid via a suitable method determined by the Promoter in consultation with the winner (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal, digital gift card)

(c) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value due to currency fluctuations or payment method fees

(d) Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash (except where the prize is cash)

No Entry Fee

No fee is charged to enter the competition. Creating a Jouzt account and participating is free.

Identity of Entrant

The prize will be awarded to the person registered to the Jouzt account that submitted the winning entry. If there is a dispute as to identity, the Promoter reserves the right to determine the identity of the entrant or winner.

Personal Information and Privacy

(a) Personal information will be collected and stored in accordance with Jouzt’s Privacy Policy (jouzt.app/privacy)

(b) Personal information may be used for administering the competition and future marketing communications

(c) The Promoter may publish the winner’s first name, last initial, and location for promotional purposes

Content Rights

(a) Entrants retain ownership of their submitted work

(b) By entering, entrants grant Jouzt a non-exclusive license to display, share, and promote entries on the platform and in marketing materials

(c) Entrants warrant they have the right to submit their entry and grant these rights

Verification and Disqualification

(a) The Promoter reserves the right to verify the authenticity of entries and entrant details

(b) The Promoter may request proof that entries are original work (e.g., progress photos, source files)

(c) Entries suspected of being AI-generated, plagiarized, or fraudulent will be disqualified

(d) Incomplete, illegible, or non-compliant entries will be deemed invalid

Modification or Cancellation

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition if it cannot run as planned due to technical failure, fraud, or causes beyond the Promoter’s control.

Liability

(a) To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this competition or acceptance of any prize

(b) This clause does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by law

Tax Implications

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for tax implications. Winners must seek independent financial advice regarding tax obligations related to prize acceptance.

Disputes

Any disputes will be resolved in direct consultation with the entrant. If unresolved, the Promoter’s decision is final.

General

(a) These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia

(b) Failure by the Promoter to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver

(c) Nothing in these terms restricts, excludes, or modifies any statutory consumer rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)

By entering this competition, you confirm: Your entry is 100% created by you (a human); You have not used AI tools to create your entry; Your entry is original and does not plagiarize existing work; You will not engage in fraudulent voting practices; You accept these Terms and Conditions.
